Payment FAQs
When will I be charged? Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, your payment method will be charged immediately at the time you place your order to begin the production process.
Why was my payment declined? If your payment was declined, please check the following:

Data Entry: Ensure your card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address match exactly what is on file with your bank.

Bank Restrictions: Sometimes banks block international or online transactions for security. You may need to call your bank to authorize the purchase.

In what currency will I be charged? All prices on our store are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you are using a non-US card, your bank will automatically convert the currency at their current exchange rate.
